Our history
Mario Rodriguez, the heart and soul behind MR. Burritos!
Mario comes all the way from Zacatecas, Mexico, where he fell in love with Mexican cuisine at a young age. He always dreamed of having his own restaurant, and in 2020, he made that dream come true by starting with a food truck. Now, MR. Burritos Mexican Food has grown to four unique locations, and we're excited to share our flavors across other states with our new franchise model!
